Blockchain transactions are public by nature. When you send a transaction, your wallet address and transaction details are permanently recorded on the public blockchain. This is inherent to how blockchain technology works and is outside our control. The 2π Privacy Swap is designed to reduce the on-chain linkability between addresses but does not guarantee complete anonymity.
The app requests camera permission solely to scan WalletConnect QR codes. Camera access is only used when you actively open the QR scanner. No images or video are stored or transmitted.
Private keys and seed phrases are stored using your device's encrypted secure storage. On Android this uses the Android Keystore system which provides hardware-backed encryption on supported devices. On iOS this uses the iOS Keychain. The app also supports biometric and PIN authentication to prevent unauthorised access. Cold wallet generation screens block screenshots to prevent accidental exposure of seed phrases.
2π Wallet is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us at [email protected].
